First up, meet the adorable Ice Pikmin, sliding into the game on November 1st. These icy companions will add a sparkly touch to your adventures. But here's the catch: initially, you'll only find their seedlings near Restaurant and Roadside locations. As you nurture your friendship with these frosty friends, they'll evolve into unique Decor Pikmin - Chef Hat Decor Pikmin for those found at Restaurants, and Sticker or Coin Decor Pikmin for the Roadside ones. And for all Coin Decor Pikmin, a rare Decor awaits!
But wait, there's more! The 4th Anniversary Flower Box Event kicks off this November, bringing something special for the Ice Pikmin. For the first time, the monthly Decor Pikmin - 4th Anniversary Flower Box - will be available for Ice Pikmin. And that's not all; the 3rd Anniversary Cupcake and Puzzle: Autumn Memories 2021 Decor Pikmin will also join the celebration.

Date & Time: From November 1st at midnight to November 30th at 11:59 p.m. local time.
Clear Event Challenge missions: Complete missions to obtain seedlings for the 4th Anniversary Flower Box Decor Pikmin. Each cleared mission rewards you with Colorful Flowers, flower petals, or other items. And when the Big Flower blooms, you're guaranteed a Gold Seedling!
And this is the part most people miss... As part of the 4th Anniversary celebrations, you'll receive a guaranteed Gold Seedling for the 4th Anniversary Flower Box Decor Pikmin after walking 1000 steps in the first Event Challenge mission.
Clear Event missions for more rewards: Collect Colorful Flowers to obtain seedlings for Puzzle: 2021 Fall Memories and festive Mii character costumes.
Destroy Brilliant Mushrooms: During the event, you might encounter Brilliant Mushrooms. Destroy them to get Mystery Boxes filled with Colorful Flowers, seedlings for 3rd Anniversary Cupcake Decor Pikmin, and more! Send out your strongest Decor Pikmin - 4th Anniversary Flower Box, 3rd Anniversary Cupcake, and Puzzle: 2021 Fall Memories - to take them down.
Pikmin 4 on Nintendo Switch: If you're a Nintendo Switch owner, you're in for a treat! In November 2025, a free update will introduce the Relaxed Creature Activity Level, where enemies are less aggressive. For a tougher challenge, try the Fierce Creature Activity Level. This update also brings Decor Pikmin to Pikmin 4 for the first time! Use the Field Camera to capture Pikmin in special outfits, and edit your photos with fun stamps and filters.
All these features are available in the free Nintendo eShop demo, so you can explore Pikmin 4 at your own pace.

Colorful Flowers have no purpose outside of this event, and will disappear once it ends.
