- Young Candidates: Graduates with computer proficiency (MS Office, email, Internet) preferred with M.Sc (IT), BE (IT), MCA, or MBA degrees. Residents of the same/adjoining districts are encouraged to apply.

- Young candidates: 21 to 45 years at the time of appointment.
